In addition to our Accounts, The First National Bank of Mertzon offers the following services:

• We offer a Debit Mastercard for making purchases directly from your checking account, or for making ATM withdrawals from your checking or savings account. Debit MasterCard application is subject to approval.
• We offer Safe Deposit Boxes for rent at each of our locations, subject to availability. Boxes are available in several different sizes to suit your needs.
• We have an Automated Telephone Balance line at 855-579-6564, which allows you to check your balance using your touch-tone telephone. Please contact the bank to set up your pass code.
• We offer Internet Banking, which allows you to check your balance, transfer money between accounts, and view transactions and statements. Other features of Internet Banking include:
  • BillPay allows you to electronically pay your bills from your checking account, or even schedule them for automatic payment in the future.
  • Card On/Off feature allows you to turn off your card when you are not using it, in order to prevent fraud.
  • SimpleView Personal Financial Management allows you to set goals and track budgets, or even import outside bank accounts to be viewed inside of our single platform.
• We offer Mobile Banking as well, delivering a specialized app for Apple and Android phones. The Mobile App gives you all of the functions of our Internet Banking, plus the ability to deposit checks remotely using the camera on your smartphone.
